This whitelighter (fl. 2004-2007) was a member of the Council of Elders. He, along with Odin and two other Elders, helped heal Danny after his attack at the hands of the Charmed Ones, who were affected by the blue moon.
The Elder helped fight against Leo Wyatt, who was being controlled by a possessor demon, using lightning bolts, but was knocked unconscious.[1]
In 2007, the Council of Elders were sent to the Beyond and replaced with a new new council due to their meddling with destiny.
