Sollal[1] was a lower-level demon who served as Zira's assistant. Somehow becoming part of a clan of demons led by Tai, he was used by Zira as a pawn to help her overthrow Tai and gain ultimate power. Eventually, presumably using some sort of sensing power, Sollal thought that the dormant powers of the Crystal of Kazima had been awakened, but then realised it was the even more powerful Golden Belt of Gaea. Telling Zira of the belt's awakening, they planned to have the woman wearing it to kill Tai for them.
