Bane Jessup (fl. 2000) was a mortal criminal. He was charged by Barbas with killing thirteen unmarried witches in 2000, leading him to hire Hellfire on his behalf. He developed an attraction to Prue Halliwell, who impersonated Hellfire, and was, shortly afterwards, imprisoned for embezzlement, money-laundering, tax-evasion and rackateering.
Jessup escaped from jail after Litvack sent two men two men to kill him. He kidnapped Prue in the hopes of using her and her sisters to kill Litvack. Though his plan failed, he worked with the Halliwells to kill him, and willingly gave himself up to Darryl Morris afterwards.
