- Andy: "I've always believed there was another world, behind or beyond this one. I even sort of believe in demons. But I have never in my wildest dreams- I could never have imagined that this existed."
- Prue: "Yeah, neither did we. But we've come to believe that there's a reason for why that world was opened up to us. Which means there's probably a very good reason why it was opened up to you, too."

Inspector Andrew Trudeau (also known as Andy; d. September 9, 1999) was the son of Inspector Trudeau and his wife. Following in his father's footsteps, Andy began a career in law enforcement in Portland after graduating.
In 1998, Andy returned to San Francisco and began a relationship with Prue Halliwell, whom he grew suspicious of after her connection to several of his unsolved cases. Eventually, Prue told him that she was a witch. The two separated, though they admitted that they still loved each other.
On September 9, 1999, Andy was killed by an energy ball thrown by Rodriguez in an attempt to save Prue. He was later reunited with Prue in the Beyond, but became the target of her confused anger due to her being tethered to her sisters.
Andy was born in 1969 or 1970 to an inspector and his wife. As a child, he was friends with Prue and Piper Halliwell. Penny frequently had to remove Andy's memories whenever he witnessed Prue or Piper using their powers or if Piper immobilized him.
Andy attended Baker High School, where his relationship with Prue Halliwell became romantic. The two would often meet at a bench swing, and the two engaged in sexual activities whenever Prue could sneak him into her bedroom. The two missed their prom.
Life in PortlandEdit
Andy left San Francisco after graduating high school, going to college while Prue attended Gold State University. He implied that he was very sexually active while at college. After graduating, he moved to Portland, Oregon.
In Portland, Andy took up a career in law enforcement, just as his father and grandparent had. He rose through the ranks to become a detective. He also met and married Susan, though they later divorced on good terms.
